CALMY·MALUL is a Tel Aviv–based architecture studio focused on high-end residential, with selective hospitality and interior projects.

Our work is grounded in the relationship between concept and construction, precision and atmosphere, clarity and everyday life. We approach each project as a layered process in which ideas are developed carefully through space, material, detail, and use.

Through close collaboration with clients, we create spaces that are calm, intentional, and deeply personal — shaped with restraint, warmth, and lasting presence.

The studio is led by registered architects Gal Malul and Niv Calmy, who are personally involved in every project from early concept through construction.

Since 2015, Gal Malul has been teaching at the Department of Interior, Building and Environment Design at Shenkar College.
